Cancellation Policies - Inside Out Experience

Individuals (1-7 people)

Payment is due in full at time of booking
You may cancel your rafting trip up to 72 hours prior to trip departure time for a full refund
No refund within 72hrs of trip date, we do allow a onetime trip reschedule within the same year/season, based upon availability
No cancellations or date changes can be made on the same day of your tour without a medical note

Groups (8+ people)

50% deposit is due at time of booking (in one lump payment – not individually)
You may cancel your rafting trip up to two weeks prior to trip departure for a full refund; within two weeks the 50% deposit is non refundable for cancellations/no-shows.
Final numbers and final payment are due two weeks prior to trip date.
Should numbers decline after the two week cancellation cut off date, the confirmed numbers will apply. Numbers can increase after the two week cut off date provided there is space available; and additional payment is due immediately by credit card.

Additional Information:

Your booking is valid only for the trip and date booked (unless rescheduled)
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard
Tours are subject to applicable water or trail fees and applicable taxes
Although it is extremely rare that we have to cancel due to lack of participation, trips are subject to minimum participant numbers. Inside Out Experience reserves the right to cancel any trips due to adverse water, weather and related conditions, or insufficient bookings. A full refund will be made in this event
